Accommodation is not included in the Symposium participation fee.

You are responsible for booking your own accommodation.

at a special rate for participants to this event:
- 112€ in a single room
- 126€ in a double room,
(breakfast included).
Not included: city tax = 4€ per room per night.

The special rate to secure your booking ends on 15 March so we advise you to secure your booking before this date to benefit from this price.

Notice: a transfer from the dinner venue on 24 April will be organised to this hotel.

Networking Dinners

Dinners are included in the Symposium participation fee.
The dress code for both dinners is business casual.

Dinner on 24 April 2019:

Transfer will be organised from the HEC Liège to the restaurant and back to the Le Van der Valk Congres Liège Hotel.

Dinner on 25 April 2019:
Walking dinner will be organised in the school premises.

Transportation

There are taxis waiting at the exit of the Guillemins Station and in the city of Liège. The station is located 1 km from HEC Liège, 1 km from the Van der Valk Hotel and less than 3 km from the Palace of the Prince-Bishops.
