Event details

EFMD Global brings you another edition of the EQUIS Accreditation Workshop, designed as a dynamic and collaborative learning experience to support institutions at various stages of their EQUIS accreditation journey.

Participants will engage with the EQUIS accreditation team, who will be available to provide advice during the group discussion as participants reflect on actual case material and apply their learning to their own situations. One of the aims of this workshop will be to create a supportive community where participants can learn and exchange ideas with each other.

Participants engage with EQUIS accreditation experts in a supportive community. They gain the skills to interpret and apply the Standards and Criteria effectively, grasp the purpose and requirements of the Datasheet, understand the role and potential benefits of the SAR in the accreditation process, and learn to organise a successful Peer Review Visit.

This seminar fosters an environment for knowledge exchange and interactive learning, equipping participants with the expertise needed to navigate the EQUIS accreditation process with confidence.

Target group

This workshop is for you if:

  • your school is at least in Stage 3 (eligibility) of the EQUIS process
  • your school is preparing for an initial accreditation visit
  • you are new to your role as EQUIS project leader, or you would like to get further knowledge or refresh on the EQUIS Standards & process

Learning objectives

This two-day workshop consists of four sessions where you will:

  • Interpret and apply the Standards & Criteria
  • Understand the purpose and requirements of the datasheet
  • Learn how to prepare a good datasheet
  • Understand the role and purpose of the SAR in the accreditation process and the potential benefits for the school
  • Explore the requirements for creating a good SAR
  • Learn how to organise an effective Peer Review Visit

In between the sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to work asynchronously (individually as well as in peer groups). Time will be allocated for Q&A. This will enable participants to clarify any questions they have about the accreditation process and interact with their peers.

Additional Information
