General principles for all EFMD in-person events

EFMD’s top priority is the health and safety of our event attendees and staff. We are closely monitoring global safety regulations, as well as collaborating with our hosts and local authorities to create protocols that reflect the current state of the pandemic response and to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance.

For all EFMD events, the rules in effect in the host country/area apply. We will continue to monitor and follow mandates imposed by local jurisdictions, as well as World Health Organization guidance, and will keep you regularly updated.

Further to that, we recommend that participants of EFMD events are either fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 180 days.
EFMD provides hand sanitizers and masks to participants at all of our events. If you have coronavirus symptoms (a high temperature, a new continuous cough, a loss of smell or taste), please refrain from attending our in-person events.

When travelling, please make sure that you follow travel protocols, restrictions and return protocols of your local country as much as of the host country.
