Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If EFMD receives notice of your withdrawal before 20 February 2023, a cancellation administrative fee of (75€ + local VAT) will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.

All accommodation rates include current VAT.
A 2€ city Tax will be charged per person/night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. 60 days prior to arrival 2 night will be charged as a non-refundable guarantee of the reservation; the client shall pay to the hotel, the total stay of every room that is not occupied at expected and reserved date (late arrivals and no-shows).
Early check outs will be charged for the full length of reserved stay.
