Undergraduate programmes are the stepping-stone into a professional career and for many young people, their first contact point with the world of academia. With new generations of students and their changing expectations, education in Bachelor programmes has its own unique challenges.

This annual conference for directors and administrators of Bachelor programmes in management and related areas is an opportunity to keep up with the latest practices and development in undergraduate education globally. Learn from showcased strategic and operational best practices across diverse perspectives such as those of students, faculty and employers.

Directors of bachelor/ undergraduate programmes in management and related areas such as finance, marketing etc. as well as programme administrators and staff from EFMD member and non-member schools concerned with bachelor/ undergraduate programmes.

  • EFMD Full member: € 750 + 20% VAT = € 900
  • EFMD Affiliated member: € 750 + 20% VAT = € 900
  • EFMD non-member: € 1100 + 20% VAT = € 1320
  • Third party fee*: € 1600 + 20% VAT = € 1920


  • EFMD Full member: € 1150 + 20% VAT = € 1380
  • EFMD Affiliated member: € 1150 + 20% VAT = € 1380
  • EFMD non-member: € 1500 + 20% VAT = € 1800
  • Third party fee*: € 2000 + 20% VAT = € 2400

* The third-party fee is aimed at EFMD non-members who are not representatives of universities, business schools or corporate universities.

Cancellation policy registrations

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If EFMD receives notice of your withdrawal before 20 October 2024, a cancellation administrative fee of (75€ + local VAT) will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcome at no extra cost as long as EFMD receives notification of the name, title and address of the substitute.

Also note that if we haven’t received your payment (or proof of payment) before the list is distributed (on 10 November 2024) your contact details will not be included in that list.

How to get there

Arriving by plane

From the airport

Birmingham International Airport has direct flights from locations in the UK, as well as from the USA, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
The journey by taxi from the airport to the University takes approximately half an hour. Alternatively, Air-Rail Link provides a free, fast connection between the airport terminals and Birmingham International railway station. Air-Rail Link operates every two minutes (journey time 90 seconds). Birmingham International railway station has frequent services to New Street Station in the city centre (journey time around 15 minutes).
If you are arriving at London, there is a frequent train service from London Euston railway station to New Street Station (journey time around 1 hour 30 minutes).
• From Heathrow Airport. Take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station and then the Underground or a taxi to Euston Station. Alternatively, an Airbus runs from Heathrow Airport direct to Euston Station
• From Gatwick Airport. Take the Airport Express train to Victoria Station and then the Underground or a taxi to Euston Station
