For many years, the Learning Impact conversation focused principally on evaluation and measurement. Today, leading organisations are asking a different question: how can learning demonstrate that it is a strategic contributor to their organisation’s success?
Drawing on practitioner insights from EFMD’s Learning Impact Masterclass (LIM) and Learning Impact Certifications (LIFT), this interactive session will explore the evolution of Learning Impact practice, emerging maturity trends, and practical approaches for creating, capturing, and communicating learning’s contribution to business outcomes.
Steven Smith, Senior Advisor to EFMD and LIFT Certification Lead, and former Executive Vice President responsible for Capgemini’s University, will chair this session. Mora Nasution, Head of Learning and Culture at Indonesia Financial Group, will share a compelling example of mature Learning Impact practice. The use case illustrates how business challenges, stakeholder engagement, programme design, reinforcement mechanisms, and impact measurement can be aligned to create meaningful organisational outcomes.
This workshop is by invitation only, designed for EFMD members and a select number of guests from companies and executive development centres.
This session will be run using Zoom. For Zoom to work best, we recommend downloading the latest version of Zoom Client for Meetings. If you are not familiar with Zoom, please make sure to connect 15 minutes prior to the meeting. You can test the tool via this weblink.
