Event Details

The Career Professionals Development Institute (CPDI) is a training programme for Talent & Careers professionals to acquire state-of-the-art competencies and to remain up-to-date with the latest trends relevant for their professional work.

Participants learn how to deploy learning resources and development tools to help students and alumni better their career aspirations and manage their career trajectory. The Institute allows the participants to develop a greater understanding of how to align the hiring needs of corporate partners with the profile of graduate cohorts.

Peer-to-peer interactions with colleagues from leading academic institutions around the globe is an essential part of the programme and will enable the participants to share best practices and build their own supportive network of peers.

The programme is thoughtfully divided in five modules, covering the most essential topics for career professionals:

    • Career Advising
    • Career Education
    • The Tech Behind Talent Analytics
    • Recruiter Relations and Co-Creating Value with Recruiters
    • Leadership in Careers

A limited number of participants will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis in order to facilitate interaction during the programme.

Target Group

The Institute targets Talent & Careers professionals of business schools. It has been designed to meet the needs of the EFMD Global member schools around the globe. If you are affiliated with a non-member school or another university faculty/school, you are encouraged to apply as well.

This event is not intended for the Career Professionals Development Institute Alumni.

Digital Badge

After completing the programme requirements, participants will be awarded a digital badge.

Digital open badges are a tool to recognise learning and training and to allow recipients to show off their skills and achievements. Metadata are embedded in their image to allow for quick verification of the credentials. The badges are linked to a verified webpage that contains information about who earned the badge, how it was earned, who is the issuer, what skills the badge holder gained or any additional evidence linked to the training.

  • 100 % attendance

This workshop will be run using Zoom. To ensure the best Zoom experience, we recommend that you install the latest version of Zoom Client for Meetings. If you are not familiar with Zoom, you can test the tool via this weblink.
