The Career Professionals Development Institute (CPDI) brings together career and talent professionals from across the globe for an immersive learning experience focused on the future of career services in higher education.
Over two and a half days, participants gain practical insights, strategic perspectives, and actionable tools to enhance their work with students, alumni, employers, and institutional stakeholders. From career advising and employer engagement to leadership and emerging technologies, CPDI explores the key trends transforming the profession today.

The Institute targets Talent & Careers professionals in business schools. It has been designed to meet the needs of the EFMD Global member schools around the globe. If you are affiliated with a non-member school or another university faculty/school, you are encouraged to apply as well.
A limited number of participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in order to facilitate interaction during the programme.
