What is about?
How can companies set on long-term strategies in an uncertain future while dealing with immediate challenges of disruption and competition? That’s why today’s companies need leaders that can build resilience coupled with agility.
EFMD has launched the Innovation in Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG) to take a fresh look at what their leaders do, what makes them effective, and what kind of talent development will shape the leaders of tomorrow.
The group brought together 12 companies who have analysed 8 beliefs, which constitute the building blocks for Innovation in Leadership, based on business and academic literature and the direct experience of the group.
Why should I attend?
The group has been active since March 2018 and the fruits of their work are valuable knowledge, ideas and good practices, accumulated over these past couple of months. The SIG members will be delighted to share their findings with you through this one-day seminar.
