Alumni community: creating a strong sense of belonging and loyalty

Alumni data: a fundamental building block to being able to contact alumni, and develop insights into your community

Alumni services & benefits: what is really valued by alumni – career services, lifelong learning, the network?

Alumni networks: leveraging classes, clubs & chapters as a framework to increase participation

Alumni events: planning events to attract a time-poor audience in this new hybrid world – from local chapter events to marquee reunions and conferences

Session 3: October 20

Measuring results: applying the right metrics to track progress and prioritise activities

The alumni experience: the ‘back office’ operations supporting your team and a customer service approach to alumni interactions

Session 4: October 25

Alumni communications underpin all alumni activities – how do you communicate effectively to strengthen engagement and achieve the School’s goals?

Content strategies: developing a content plan to meet alumni interests and share your key messages

Channel choices: with so many options available, which channels and platforms are most effective to reach your alumni?

Conversation: communication is not just 1-way broadcast news – supporting conversations and interactions across the community
