More and more companies implement agile ways of working, at least in parts of their organisation. UBS decided to go agile at scale and engage in an enterprise-wide agile transformation. The UBS Agile Academy plays an important role as a strategic enabler of this transformation. Patricia Stone, head of the Academy, provides an insight in how, as the transformation progresses, new units get onboarded onto agile ways of working and how new behaviours and leadership are fostered and sustained over time and beyond structures and processes.

The workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to learn about the challenges along the way, in terms of Academy setup and impact, and to discuss with peers your organisation’s approach to agile.
