To win the digital challenge and meet its strategic goals, Santander Group has been implementing, since 2017, a new learning strategy to realise its S25 vision: transform Santander into an open financial services platform. A central building block of this global strategy is to put in place a Learning Experience Platform enabling Santander to up-skill and re-skill its employees to stay relevant in a fast changing business environment. The Learning Experience Platform, the name of which is DOJO, will transform the way the 200,000 Santander employees learn while being in the flow of work.

DOJO connects people and content across the geographies, in an intuitive and efficient manner, minimizing the learning time to value. It empowers employees to take ownership of their own learning in becoming knowledge activists in a collaborative environment. Employees will be able to create, share and leverage knowledge in one single digital workspace and Santander will know what Santander knows.
