The Highered Virtual Career Fair series is the newest launch to the Global Talent Ecosystem, allowing companies and organizations to attract and engage top talent from 600+ EFMD member schools, in 91 countries around the globe, while strengthening their employer branding.
Whether a recruiter targets talent for graduate programs, internships or experienced hires, Highered’s sector-specific and geographic-specific Virtual Career Fairs are the response to the Global Times, resulting in improved recruitment efficiency and higher visitor attendance. From the recruiter perspective, the Highered Virtual Career Fairs allow recruiters a scalable way to build candidate pipelines of new, diverse audiences.
On-campus recruiting has quickly become a thing of the past, as virtual career fairs prove to be more targeted than traditional career fairs. In a digital format, recruiters now have the ability to pre-qualify registrants through easy information exchange of CV and qualification information prior to the event, leading to a more efficient and exciting candidate experience, as well as the ability for recruiters to specifically seek out target candidates that may contribute to their Diversity & Inclusion goals.
At Highered, our vision is to provide equal access to information and opportunities on the journey to fulfilling career dreams. While not all candidates are well-connected to a particular target employer, Highered Virtual Career Fairs allow talent to meet a member of the recruiting team through secure live chat and potentially transition from a virtual chat to getting to the next stage of the selection process.
