In an increasingly polarised society, where individuals often hold opposing views, reaching an agreement and sometimes even having a dialogue can be challenging. Yet, no business school is an island. In order to keep our institutions innovative and relevant and to be able to address the complex environmental, economic or societal challenges, it is essential to work together with people of different origins of mind, background, expectations, and perspectives.
Overcoming differences, accommodating opposing views and opinions and mitigating conflicts is becoming a frequent task, whether we are dealing with immediate stakeholders or external partners. A mindset adjustment is necessary in order to navigate this environment successfully.
- What is a positive impact mindset?
- How can we build bridges between varying views and realities to find common ground and inspire people to embrace new solutions?
- What are the aspects leaders need to consider to transform their organisations into co-creative spaces and how can they expand their own minds?
Join the Executive Academy conversation with Prof. Dr. Katrin Muff to learn how to approach the organisational, as well as individual transformation to create a space where people can safely and effectively engage in a dialogue and co-create.
The upcoming conversation will be based on the recently published book written by Prof. Dr. Katrin Muff: The Positive Impact Mindset: Working together in a polarized world
