What prevents Learning & Development from effectively demonstrating its impact on the business?

According to a study by Watershed, the biggest challenge is competing priorities, followed by limited access to data. However, the key differentiator between those who successfully measure impact and those who struggle is mindset—specifically, the ability to align learning solutions with business priorities and objectives.

In this Masterclass, we will explore how to ensure that learning delivers measurable impact and is fully aligned with stakeholder needs and expectations.

Target group

This Masterclass is by invitation only and open to learning and development practitioners from member companies and invited guests.

Learning objectives

You will learn to implement a systematic approach using the Results Chain Framework, which connects inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impact—ensuring that L&D drives meaningful business results.

We will deliver the learning solution as a virtual Masterclass designed for learning practitioners. At the core of the participants’ experience will be a real-world project, either one you or your team are currently developing or one you have previously worked on. This project will be the foundation for creating a learning impact use case, allowing you to apply theoretical concepts to practical scenarios. This hands-on approach ensures the learning remains relevant, actionable, and deeply rooted in real-world practice.

Credentials

You will receive a badge upon successful completion of this masterclass.
