This interactive CLO Roundtable workshop offers a practical introduction to artificial intelligence, tailored for senior learning leaders navigating the changing demands of workforce development. Participants will explore how to identify AI opportunities that are relevant to their own organisations, understand the tradeoffs and risks associated with AI adoption, and consider the broader implications for learning, capability building, and strategic alignment.
The session combines faculty-led insights with peer discussion and hands-on exercises. In addition, participants will explore the role of corporate learning in driving AI adoption in a way that is responsible, effective, and aligned with their organisation’s goals. Two corporate learning use cases will be discussed.
The workshop provides ample space for peer exchange, allowing participants to learn from each other’s experiences and engage in AI transformation with confidence.
This event is by invitation only, FREE OF CHARGE and open to Chief Learning Officers, Senior L&D leaders from member companies and guests.
