In response to the growing demand for learning functions to demonstrate impact, EFMD has launched LIFT, a corporate learning impact certification applicable to learning functions across any industry, organisation type, or size. The certification process strengthens the approach to impact, particularly enhancing a team’s impact mindset.
This workshop will explore the building blocks and preconditions of learning impact and examine how two organisations have tailored their strategies to achieve impactful results.
This workshop is by invitation only and open to corporate learning and development practitioners from member companies and invited guests.

Despite clearly different models and contexts, both AIA and UEFA have delivered measurable impact and earned EFMD’s Learning Impact for Today and Tomorrow (LIFT) certification.
Participants will also reflect on their experiences and consider which approaches could be most effective in their organisations.
